Here's an excellent property to build that cabin, home or bring in a camper. The property is loaded with deer sign. It's in a prime location being it has fields to the NE of it and the WNW. Deer are really traveling through and on this property due to those fields and the prime bedding habitat on this place. I also flushed several grouse. Water Hen Creek also flows through the property that could have the occasional duck as well as good trapping. The water is great for all animals. There are several areas on this place that I think would work for smart spots to put treestands. Also I have some ideas for great locations to have a couple smaller food plots to draw deer in that would double as staging areas as they are on their way to the main fields in the area.
